Teens & Adults can register for this event by calling Chelsie at (518) 536-7441 or by emailing russoc@cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov Try your hand at painted book edges and transform a book into its very own special edition! Materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring a book or two to customize in this DIY program (250+ pages recommended).
