The Hornets rode the arm of Diego Rios for the victory. Meanwhile, Jackson Dorsett pitched a one-hitter through six innings in the Ticonderoga Sentinels 6-0 blanking of the Saranac Lake Red Storm. I will have an interview with Jackson on the show.

Jake Frechette pitched 6 strong innings and fanned 11 Hornets. Kalib Smith was an offensive standout for Peru.

About Steve Criss
Steve grew up right here in the North Country, graduating from Beekmantown High School ('84). Steve has always had a dream of being on the radio and has broadcast live local sports for over half a decade! Now, Steve doesn't have to stay in his own lane, and he's bringing Criss on Sports to NBZ-FM!
Steve, and his wife Nina, reside in Beekmantown with their three dogs, and are proud parents of two sons and two daughters. Hunter, Ryan, Gretchen and Rachel are in their early twenties, and are enjoying strong starts in their respective careers!
