NCCS fell to Taconic Hills 2-1, while the Peru Nighthawks fell to a strong Averill Park team 11-1. Good Luck to the NCCS flag football team on Saturday in the NYS Final Four.

Binghamton commit Skylar Groom fired a 14-strikeout, two-hitter for Chatham. Peru and NCCS baseball teams will battle two more strong teams from Section 2 in today's Class A and Class B regionals.

Peru ended a very successful season with a 14-4 record and was the Section 7, Class A champions.
About Steve Criss
Steve grew up right here in the North Country, graduating from Beekmantown High School ('84). Steve has always had a dream of being on the radio and has broadcast live local sports for over half a decade! Now, Steve doesn't have to stay in his own lane, and he's bringing Criss on Sports to NBZ-FM!
Steve, and his wife Nina, reside in Beekmantown with their three dogs, and are proud parents of two sons and two daughters. Hunter, Ryan, Gretchen and Rachel are in their early twenties, and are enjoying strong starts in their respective careers!
