  The Super DIRTcar Series thundered around Airborne Speedway last night. Baldwinsville's Jimmy Phelps won the 60-lap. big block modified feature event. The NCSL playoff picture is complete after Wednesday's results. The Red Sox tied the franchise record for consecutive wins with 15 (1946), but Baltimore quashed the streak in the backend of the doubleheader.

About Steve Criss

Steve grew up right here in the North Country, graduating from Beekmantown High School ('84).  Steve has always had a dream of being on the radio and has broadcast live local sports for over half a decade!  Now, Steve doesn't have to stay in his own lane, and he's bringing Criss on Sports to NBZ-FM!

Steve, and his wife Nina, reside in Beekmantown with their three dogs, and are proud parents of two sons and two daughters.  Hunter, Ryan, Gretchen and Rachel are in their early twenties, and are enjoying strong starts in their respective careers!
