Meadowmount School of Music was founded in 1944 as a place for young musicians to study with internationally renowned faculty and to enjoy the camaraderie of other young musicians from around the world. The School's alumni include Yo Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman, Joshua Bell, Pinchas Zukerman, and many other world-renowned musicians.
