President Trump reportedly plans to remove National Security Adviser Mike Waltz and appoint him as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations instead. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will serve as interim national security adviser. Waltz accidentally included a journalist in a Signal app chat discussing strikes in Yemen last month. (UPI)
A Southwest Airlines flight from El Paso to Houston was halted when a passenger's cellphone caught fire on the tarmac. The plane returned to the gate, and the fire was extinguished.
