Pennsylvania woman Mildren Simoneriluto purchased a Pennsylvania Cash 5 ticket in May 2024...and her ticket came up a winner! However, Simoneriluto was unable to find her ticket and claim the $2.5 million-dollar prize, because she had made a huge mistake: She had left it in a jacket she had donated to Vietnam Veterans of America. "I was stupefied; there are no words for it, there's no expression. How can I get it back," Simoneriluto said. Unfortunately, the jacket could have been sent around the country or even overseas, and there's no way to track the item. She's unable to claim the prize without the physical ticket, which will expire on May 8th. (UPI)
