Wildlife Day

Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 6:21 AM

Saturday is "Wildlife Day" and, at least, one location in the North Country is looking for volunteers.

Volunteers across the state will commemorate Wildlife Day through stewardship projects and educational programming.  Paul Smith's College Visitor Interpretive Center is looking for volunteers to help with preparing for Winter and taking down the butterfly house.  Volunteer efforts on Saturday will improve trail conditions and help reduce impacts on wildlife statewide.
