The annual downtown Plattsburgh Trick or Treat event will be held on the afternoon of October 25th.
Participants can stop by over 30 downtown businesses for a treat between Noon and 2PM. This year’s downtown festivities will feature a storefront decorating contest. Trinity Park and Betty Little Arts park will be available so local businesses and organizations without a storefront can participate and hand out treats. Costumes are highly encouraged.
