Students travel from all over the world to call Plattsburgh State home for a few years.
The 300-acre SUNY Plattsburgh campus is a microcosm of the world’s population as witnessed by the recently released Dean’s List. According to Gerianne Downs Associate Director of Communications in the Office of the President, the list includes students from 23 states and 22 countries. The University College has over 4,500 students who travel to Plattsburgh from China, Germany, India, the United Arab Emirates, Slovak Republic and Jamaica to name a few and nearly half of the states in the U.S.
