The Institute for Advanced Manufacturing got a $10,000 grant from the Adirondack Community Fund.

The money is intended for the development of the “Skill Up North Country” program designed to teach skills needed for manufacturing positions across the region.  The program will engage employers, educational institutions and professionals from a range of industries to provide hands-on instruction.
