A special drivers license is now required to board domestic flights and enter some government buildings.
A standard drivers license will no longer be an accepted form of ID to fly within the United States or enter some federal buildings. Domestic airline passengers will need a REAL ID, Enhanced License or other acceptable form of identification. Failure to have a REAL ID could result in delays at airport screening and denied access to some federal buildings.
