The Department of Motor Vehicles has launched a new online form making it easier to complain.
Complaints about shoddy repair shops and other DMV-regulated businesses can now be completed online. The web complaint form also provides users with the opportunity to upload additional documents. After submitting the complaint, customers will receive a confirmation email letting them know it was received. They will also be able to print a copy of their complaint.
