The search for Anthony Bechand is over. NYSP report he was arrested this morning in the search area.
State Police report at approximately 7:30 a.m. this morning troopers received tips about a suspicious individual walking on State Route 86, near Paul Smith's College. Franklin County Sheriff Deputies and State Police found the man identified as Anthony Bechand. He was taken into custody and transported to Ray Brook for questioning.
