Police agencies are out in force looking for impaired drivers this holiday weekend.
Memorial Day is one of the busiest travel holidays of the year. According to Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputy Russell Haag New York State Police, County Sheriffs, municipal law enforcement agencies and local STOP-DWI Programs will be out in force in a coordinated effort to reduce the number of impaired driving-related injuries and deaths. Deputy Haag suggests that drivers should "have a sober plan" and download the mobile app – “Have a Plan” to find a safe ride home www.stopdwi.org/mobileapp
