Local non-profit groups received grant money from the Upstream Fund of Hudson Headwaters.
Several area community-based projects have received grants from the Hudson Headwaters Upstream Fund--a program of the John Rugge Center for Community Impact--The VP/Chief Impact Officer of Hudson Headwaters Health Network, Jessica Rubin, said it’s a way to help organizations that support their patients. Some of the local organizations receiving grants include Rural Preservation Company of Clinton County, Adirondack Roots in Elizabethtown, Champlain Area Trails of Westport and Community Lunchbox in Saranac Lake. Since Hudson Headwaters launched the Upstream Fund in 2020, the Network has invested in 43 projects.
