Conservation Partnership Grants

The Department of Environmental Conservation awarded millions of dollars in conservation grants.

The North Country region received less than a half million dollars of the more than $3 million dollars in funds handed out.  A couple of the area beneficiaries were Adirondack Land Trust who received $80,000 and Champlain Area Trails who received $100,000.  Both organizations were given money for professional development.  Meanwhile, The Mid-Hudson region received the most money at just over one million dollars.
