The City of Plattsburgh will receive just over a million dollars from NY State for a beach waterfront project.
The City of Plattsburgh is one of 62 communities across the state that received money through the 2025 Regional Economic Development Council Initiative. The beach plan includes a playground and the addition of new paths and sidewalks. The Department of State announced that overall, nearly $20 million in awards will help revitalize community assets statewide.
