Samantha Durgan, 28, of AuSable, was arrested Sunday after an altercation outside a home on Grove Street. New York State Police say Durgan became enraged when people arrived at the residence, smashing their car with a baseball bat and shouting threats. She then went into the home, came out with what appeared to be a rifle, and fired at the vehicle, though it was later determined to be a BB gun. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Durgan now faces multiple charges, including assault. via WCAX
