Two-thirds of single parents experience a glow up post-break up, a survey of 1,000 single moms and 1,000 single dads found. 57% felt more confident in themselves, and 51% said they finally embraced who they were. The Talker Research survey found that 70% of respondents believe their relationship with themselves improved. "This research confirms that single parents aren’t just adapting – they’re elevating," Rachel DeAlto of Stir said. The average single parent went through an 11-month self-discovery journey before hitting the dating scene again. (Talker Research)
