One-third of Americans don't drink water until 3 p.m., a Talker Research survey done on behalf of Hint Water found. 87% of the 2,000 respondents agreed that hydrating with water sets the tone for the day, but 73% admit they're just as likely to start the day with coffee instead. Gen Zers are more likely to drink water when they first wake up (54%), while boomers are more likely to reach for a cup of Joe (48%). "The study shows that employed Americans are feeling overwhelmed by it all. And when trying to stay hydrated, drinking plain, unflavored water day after day can become boring and unexciting," Michael Pengue of Hint Water said. (Talker Research)
