A survey of 2,000 adults revealed that 1 in 5 claim they are too busy to prioritize their health, leading to missed eye checks, dental appointments, and doctor visits. Work commitments, childcare duties, and stress were cited as top reasons for neglecting health appointments. Other areas of personal health that people admit skipping due to time constraints included getting a good night's sleep, drinking enough water, and physical activity. Despite the challenges, 34% say they would prioritize health after a scare. Of those who don’t prioritize their own health, 28% put their children’s needs first, while 19% put housework first.
