Just over one in four Americans say they're in a "relationship rut", a Talker Research survey of 2,000 partnered adults found. Indicators include fewer romantic gestures (50%); less passionate sex (46%); and lack of conversation (41%). 24% of respondents even admit to daydreaming about other people. 83% of those in long distance relationships say they have used technology to help bridge the gap. "When relationships fall into predictability, tech offers a way to reintroduce novelty and creativity, helping partners rediscover connection and pleasure," Dan Liu of Lovense said. "It’s not about replacing human interaction, but enhancing it and keeping things fresh." (Talker Research)
